"Code Like A Boss" was more than just a hackathon - it was a celebration of everything our trainees had learned. Watching them tackle real-world problems with confidence and creativity was incredibly rewarding.
The energy in the room was electric. Teams worked through the night, debugging, refactoring, and pushing their limits. The camaraderie and healthy competition brought out the best in everyone.

My Personal Memories
Teaching fellow educators was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Watching their eyes light up when complex concepts clicked, and knowing they would carry this knowledge back to thousands of students - that feeling is priceless.
The Train The Trainer program at Revature gave me the opportunity to give back to the academic community. These faculty members came with years of teaching experience but were eager to learn the latest industry practices in Full Stack Development.
What made this program special was the two-way learning. While I shared my 20+ years of industry experience, the faculties shared their pedagogical insights and teaching methodologies. Together, we created a curriculum that bridges academia and industry.
The hands-on project sessions were the highlight. We built real-world applications together - from REST APIs to React frontends, from database design to deployment. Every faculty member left with a complete project they could showcase to their students.
The bonds formed during those intensive training sessions continue to this day. Many of these faculty members still reach out for guidance, and some have become dear friends. Education truly has no boundaries.
